Where client TRS systems are operating with difficulty, Valid Results offers the ultimate experience factor to pinpoint TRS system deficiencies.

Example 1: In many cases a TRS system exhibits sluggish response to process changes, thus shaving measurement peaks and valleys, making the TRS CEMS RATA impossible to pass. 

Valid Results offers the ability to inject diluted calibration gas downstream of the dilution probe.  By methodically working from the analyzer back to the probe-dilution block, Valid Results is usually able to pinpoint the response-robbing culprit and bring the system back into compliance.

Example 2: On many Lime Kiln TRS systems, dilution sample probes may silently scrub out TRS from the wet sample stream.

Valid Results offers the ability to pinpoint the system deficiency by injecting cylinder gas at various points in the probe system starting at the probe tip. By working backwards from the tip to the primary dilution manifold, Valid Results is able to locate and correct the problem, alleviating the performance shortfalls.

Where VOC emission measurements are an issue, Valid Results offers the option to provide non-methane hydrocarbon (NMOC) emission testing. Again, Valid Results experience in complex sampling techniques makes NMOC testing an option for the client to report a minimal emission result.
