Particulate Matter, PM10 , Visible Emissions, and
Condensable Particulate Emissions
The staff of Valid Results takes pride in their skilled isokinetic
particulate (Method 5), PM10 (Method 201A), PM10/PM2.5 (Method 201B) and
Condensable Particulate (202) sampling methods. For particulate results,
Valid Results offers on-site quantified filter weight results by pre/post
differential gravimetric measurement on-site! This service allows our
clients an additional control equipment QC check.
Please note: all field particulate filter and probe wash samples are
redundantly sent to our environmental lab for final measurements.
Our on-site goal is to provide each client a quantified control equipment
performance check. Thus, corrective action time lag and the possibility of
an agency fine are reduced to a bare minimum. Valid Results' field
specialists maintain current EPA Method 9 "Visible Emissions"
certifications at all times.
High Volume Particulate Testing
Sampling particulate from stationary cyclone or bag-house exhaust system make
using Method 5 too costly.
Valid Results offers the ability to save our both time and money by testing
the aforementioned sites using Oregon's High Volume Method 8, designed
specifically for these sites.
For any monthly, quarterly or annual particulate requirement, Valid Results
is experienced to handle every emission unit ( crushers, cyclones, scrubbers,
bag-houses, ESP etc.)
